About Dixon's Apple Orchard T-Shirts and Merchandise:
Please note that we do not ship apples or cider, as these items are available for purchase on location only after the yearly harvest. Merchandise and apparel are the only items we currently ship. All our t-shirt designs are printed on high-quality  t-shirt blanks. Most t-shirts are available in small, medium, large, extra large and XXL. There is an additional cost of $2.00 for XXL size t-shirts.

Shipping:
Dixon's Apple Orchard ships all merchandise orders using USPS Priority mail and each order’s shipping price varies depending on size and destination. A $2.00 handling fee is added to each order. Orders are usually processed within three to five business days. If an item is unexpectedly back ordered, we will contact you immediately to let you know. International orders take some time to get there so please be patient.

Countries To Which We Ship Merchandise:
Dixon's ships non-food related merchandise all over the world, including to military APO/FPO addresses.

Payment Methods:
We accept payments via PayPal only.

Dixon's Apple Orchard Return Policy:
All purchases are non-refundable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase when you receive it, please email us within 10 days and we will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value for no charge. We allow one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but we will pay for shipping the exchange item back to you. We will not ship the new item until we receive the one you are exchanging. It must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty) and must be received by us within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the shirt back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.
