You and your family will be transported to the past as you weave through the entire orchard, riding on an authentic tractor-pulled hay wagon. Feel free to pass the time chatting with your driver. He can tell you all about our history and how we make the best apples on Earth.

You’ll visit the Old Log Cabin, built in the early 1900s. You’ll truly experience a generation lost in the pages of history as we serve hot drinks, popcorn and s’mores. You’ll find the cabin festively lit and decorated for this holiday time of year. Warm up next to one of our fires, located both indoors and out. Cuddle up next to the fireplace inside the log cabin. Or enjoy the idyllic view by our outdoor fire pit.

Spring Blossom Hayrides

Spring blossom is one of the most enchanting times of year at Dixon’s Apple Orchard. Hop aboard the hay wagon and take in the smell of fresh flowers and nectar in the air as you weave your way through the orchard in full bloom. Bring a camera to capture the humming birds in flight with nature at its very best.

You’ll stop at the Old Log Cabin, nestled away in a corner of the orchard. Built at the turn of the century, it invites you in with its rustic charm. Once inside, you'll enjoy an assortment of cookies, lemonade, hot teas and coffee.

Bring a picnic basket for a relaxing lunch under one of the countless blooming apple trees. Spread out a blanket near the babbling creek. Or stake out a picnic table next to the Old Log Cabin.

After lunch, you’ll take in a different, yet equally mesmerizing view, as we take another path back from where we came.
